This should include your draft version of the questions you will ask your participants. All you need to write in this section is: This study will not be using any observations, focus groups, interviews, or surveys.◦If you use these words then you will get the score that indicates you met the requirements. If you then add in WHY you are not going to do this (hint–we are only using secondary data) with a good reason then your score in this area will be higher.)
