Introduction

Learning is something that we all deal with throughout our lives. We learn at home, in school, at work and even as we travel. Learning changes over time and affects our organization’s culture as well as personal development.

The individual’s learning abilities improve over time.

Learning is a lifelong process. As you get older and your brain gets larger, it’s easier to learn new things; however, this doesn’t mean that learning stops after age 25. In fact, many people continue to learn throughout their lifetime!

Learning is an ongoing process—it never ends when we think it does. As humans we are constantly changing and evolving as we learn more about ourselves and our world around us (Goleman). This means that learners can continually improve their abilities by studying subjects they want to know more about, exploring new environments (such as traveling), or simply being exposed to different perspectives on topics such as politics or religion . . . even something as simple as watching TED Talks can help you develop better ways of thinking about complex problems in your life!

The organization’s culture and management style change over time.

Organizational culture is affected by external factors such as the economy and competition, which can affect how people think about their jobs. Internal factors include changes in leadership, new technology or equipment, changes in work processes (such as introduction of new procedures), etc. These may cause an employee to feel like he or she has less control over their job compared to before when there was no change at all! Employees’ learning experiences also play a role in shaping organizational culture because employees who learn new things tend to think differently about their jobs than those who don’t have much experience outside of what they already know (or even inside).

Employees who have changed jobs or careers often stay in the same job or career path as they get older.

People who have changed careers frequently stay in the same job or career path as they get older. This is because it’s easier to learn from your mistakes and make adjustments when you’re not at a new job. If you stay in your current position for long periods of time, however, then it can become difficult for you to take on new challenges if needed.

Learning impacts organizational culture, but it can also affect your personal development as well

Learning is a lifelong process. As you continue to learn throughout your life, you will be able to grow personally and professionally. Learning can help you improve your skills and knowledge, which will then improve your career as well as personal life.

Learning also impacts organizational culture because it provides new information that can provide insight into how something works or how people should behave in certain situations. For example: if someone learns about something new (e.g., a new technology), they may feel like they need permission before using it because there’s no way they could possibly know whether or not something could harm them or damage their property if used incorrectly—but once they’ve been educated on what procedures should be followed before using this new piece of equipment/tool etc…they might feel more comfortable with its use since everyone has agreed beforehand that proper precautions are being taken during its operation!

Conclusion

We believe that it’s important for organizations to understand how people learn, and how this can impact the culture of an organization. Our learning model has been a useful tool in facilitating discussions about these issues and helping teams build better relationships with one another.
