It also allows for the sharing of data across all levels of government; this allows for more efficient service delivery and better use of resources like money or personnel time. In addition, when you have multiple stakeholders involved in your program planning process—from local leaders who are responsible for implementing programs within their communities (elderly services) to state officials overseeing Medicaid funding streams—you’re able to identify potential problems before they become costly issues down the line while simultaneously identifying ways those issues might be resolved by working together as a team instead of individually pursuing different solutions based on personal agendas rather than mutual needs being met equally across everyone involved
